Employment

A relatively small number of trained attorneys work in law schools and are not included in the employment estimate for lawyers. Most are faculty members who specialize in one or more subjects; however, some serve as administrators. Others work full time in nonacademic settings and teach part time.

  4. I think serving as administrators would be the duller side of being a Lawyer.

And so does this mean it would be easy or hard to find a job teaching as a trained lawyer?

  13. I really don't think teaching is a bad way to go for a lawyer. Education is important.

I completely agree. It's a natural thing to do if you have a great interest in a subject. Trying to get that interest across to young people is the challenge.

  23. Teaching law, of all things, must be an uphill struggle. The subject itself can be dry, and it must suck having to deal with belligerent students.
